At Esoteric Car Care, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached before placing it in the original shipping packaging.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
